Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our shop online, and add any bouquets of gifts that you wish to buy to your shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on the 'Checkout' button and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept any debit of credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own local currency.
We accept most credit and debit card payments, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal. You may send and pay for flowers over the phone by calling us.
Orders that are cancelled online or via the phone are subject to a cancellation fee.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering any Products from our site. You should understand that by ordering any of our Products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

By placing an order through our site, you warrant that: (a) You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts; and (b) You are at least 18 years old.
(3) Access to the website

a) Access to our website is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on the website without notice.
b) We will not be liable if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period.
c) Occasionally, we may restrict access to some parts of our website, or our entire site, to users who have registered with us.
d) If you select, or are given a user identification name, password, or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential, and not disclose it to any third party. We have the right to disable any user identification name or password, whether selected by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our opinion you have not complied with any provisions of these terms and conditions.
e) You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to our website. You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access our site through your internet connection are aware of these terms, and that they are complied with.
(4) How the Contract is formed between you and The Florist Shops
After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order (Acknowledgment Email). Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a Product. All orders are subject to our acceptance, and we will confirm this acceptance to you by delivering the Product. If we are unable to complete your order we will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible upon receipt of your order.
(5) Links to other websites
a) We may also provide links on our site to the websites of other companies, whether affiliated with us or not. We cannot undertake, that products you purchase from third party sellers through our site, or from companies to whose website we have provided a link on our site, will be of satisfactory quality, and any such warranties are DISCLAIMED by us absolutely. This DISCLAIMER does not affect your statutory rights against the third party seller. We will notify you when a third party is involved in a transaction, and we may disclose your customer information related to that transaction to the third party seller.
b) Where there are links to other sites and resources of third parties, these links are provided for information only. We do not have control over the contents of those sites or resources, and acdot accept responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.
(6) Cancellation
a) You acknowledge and agree that you will not have any right to cancel a Contract for the supply of any of the Products as the Products have been arranged to your specifications and by reason of their perishable nature are liable to deteriorate rapidly and cannot be returned.
b) This provision does not affect your statutory rights.
(7) Availability and Delivery
a) Products are for delivery within the United Kingdom.
b) Due to the nature of fresh floristry products they are perishable goods and therefore we make every effort to endeavour to source the best quality products from reputable growers with deliveries on a daily basis. Please be aware that due to seasonal availability of individual fresh flowers, the products may vary from those illustrated. Our professional qualified florists may need to substitute flowers for a suitable alternative of a similar style, quality and value depending upon seasonal availability. Sundry products such as vases, flower baskets and containers, are only included if stated and the design may vary according to availabilty. All efforts are made to try to ensure that the product delivered is as similar in design as possible to that illustrated. Illustrations sre shown at the higher price point.
c) With regard to the above statement b) under this heading, we operate a fair and reasonable refund/replacement policy where necessary if it is clear that the performance of a fresh product has been lacking.
d) Your order will be fulfilled by the delivery date that you have requested in your order or, if no delivery date is specified, then within a reasonable time of the date of the receipt of your order, unless there are exceptional circumstances.
e) The Product is subject to availability. In the event the Product cannot be supplied for reasons beyond our control, including but not limited to, it's unavailability, we reserve the right to substitute the Product or part of it with a one of equivalent value and shall notify you as soon as is reasonably possible.
f) You agree and accept that the Product will vary in it's length of life dependant upon seasonal and environmental conditions which are out of our control.
(8) Refund and Replacement Policy.
With regard to the Availability and Delivery statement above we operate a fair and reasonable refund/replacement policy where necessary if it is clear that the performance of a fresh product has been lacking.
(9) Risk and Title
a) The Products will be at your risk from the time of delivery.
b) Ownership of the Products will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the Products, including delivery charges.
(10) Price and Payment
a) The price of any Products will be as quoted on our site from time to time, except in cases of obvious error.
b) Prices are liable to change at any time.
c) The prices include VAT but exclude delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due.
d) The cost of delivery for Products to be delivered will be added to your checkout upon purchasing on our website or quoted when ordering via telephone or email.

e) Our website contains a large number of Products therefore it is always possible that, despite our stringent efforts, some of the Products listed may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices as part of our processing procedures so that, where a Product's correct price is less than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount when processing the Product for delivery. If a Product's correct price is higher than the price stated on our site, we will endeavour to either contact you for instructions before processing the Product, or reject the order and notify you of the rejection.
We are under no obligation to provide the Product to you at the incorrect (lower) price, if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as a pricing error.
f) Payment for all Products must be by credit or debit card before the Product is dispatched. We accept payment with American Express, Mastercard Credit, Mastercard Debit, Visa Credit, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, JCB and Maestro. We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate the Contract if payment is not received in accordance with the statement under the heading 'Price and Payment'.
(11) Our responsibility to you
a) We warrant to you that any Product purchased from us through our website is of satisfactory quality and reasonably fit for all the purposes for which products of the kind are commonly supplied.
b) The material displayed on our website is provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to its accuracy.
c) Our liability for any losses you may suffer as a result of us breaking this agreement is strictly limited to the purchase price of the Product that you purchased.
This does not include or limit in any way our liability:
i) - For death or personal injury caused by our negligence
ii) - Under section 2(3) of the Consumer Protection Act 1987
iii) - For fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
iv) - For any matter for which it would be illegal for us to exclude, or attempt to exclude, our liability
d) We are not responsible for indirect losses which occur as a side effect of the main loss or damage, including but not limited to:
i) - Loss of income or revenue
ii) - Loss of business
iii) - Loss of profits or contracts
iv) - Loss of anticipated savings
v) - Loss of data
vi) - Waste of management or office time however arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise:
provided that this statement 11 d) shall not prevent claims for loss of or damage to your tangible property that fall within the terms of statements 11 a), b) and c) or any other claims for direct financial loss that are not excluded by any of categories i) to vi) inclusive of this statement (11) d).

a) We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our website, and in the material published on it, including but not limited to, copyright and trademarks. These works are protected by copyright laws and treaties and all such rights are reserved.
b) You are expressly prohibited from copying, reproducing, displaying or transmitting any such material on our website without our prior written consent. You are not permitted to modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off or downloaded in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text.
c) You are permitted to use the information displayed in our site for the sole purpose of purchasing or considering to purchase our Products or any other purpose of our website and we reserve the right to withdraw this licence at any time without notice.
d) You agree to indemnify us if it occurs that we incur any indirect/direct claims, liabilities, costs, fees, losses, damages or expenses (including consequential) as a result of any breach of this statement 12.
(13) Reliance Of Information Quoted And Changes To Our Website
a) Any material on our website is not intended to amount to advice on which reliance should be placed. We therefore disclaim all liability and responsibility arising from any reliance placed on such materials by any visitor to our website, or by anyone who may be informed of any of its contents.
b) We take every endeavour to update our website regularly, and may change the content at any time. Should it be necessary, we may suspend access to our website, or close it indefinitely. Any of the material on our website may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update such material.
(14) Information and Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. We process the information that you give us to deliver your products to you. This process is in accordance with the Data Protection Act (1998). We therefore receive your name, address, telephone number and email address that you input when you place an order. We do not pass your details on to third parties. We do not receive any details regarding the processing of your payment, as to carry out this function you are transferred to Worldpay who are a major global leader in payment processing.
b) By using our website, you agree to us holding your name, address, telephone number and email address and you confirm that all data provided by you is accurate.
(15) Hacking, Viruses, Other Offences
a) You must not misuse our website by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which may be malicious or technically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our website, the server on which it is stored or any server, computer or database connected to our website. You must not attack our site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack.
b) If you breach this provision, you would be committing a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will therefore report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of a breach, your right to use our website will cease immediately.
c) We will not be held liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of our website or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website linked to it.

Refunds/Returns Policy
Refunds may occasionally be given at the discretion of the management. Because of the perishable nature of our products you are advised to make any complaint within 1 working day of the delivery of your flowers. We always endeavour to reach an agreement with the recipient for either for a replacement or a refund depending upon the nature of the complaint.
